Our Association Safeguarding Team offer additional support to churches from dealing with reported safeguarding issues, investigating safeguarding concerns to helping churches write their safeguarding policies. To find out more please contact our Safeguarding Lead Miss. Patricia Wiltshire email@example.com or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Association have a team who can help with the issue of Safeguarding both for Children and Adults at Risk. We are able to offer training to a church or group of churches to make sure that all working with children and those in leadership in the church have the appropriate level of awareness. We would strongly recommend that all churches keep up to date via the Baptist Union of Great Britain Safeguarding webpage - http://www.baptist.org.uk/safeguarding. To help you know how to respond to an incident and who to contact download our download our Association flowchart.
